Yes. The chair comes with a five-year warranty.

Can you confirm my order?

Yes. Once we have received your order form, will we send you a receipt by post. If we have any questions regarding your order we will telephone you.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Visit one of our stores today and try out a chair. We stock all our chairs and you can try out the different sizes If you cannot get to one of our stores, you can book a free home consultation. One of our friendly home consultants will bring a Middletons rise and recline chair to you so you can see it first hand.

Does a rise and recline chair use much electricity?

No. All our rise and recline chairs come with a low voltage transformer.

Can I buy a matching settee and high back chair?

How long will my chair take to make?

Every Middletons chair is made individually and by hand, here in the UK. No two chairs are the same, and each one is made to an individual size and style. Each chair takes approximately four to six weeks to make.

Will the delivery team run through the controls when my new chair arrives?

Yes. The delivery team will not leave until you are 100% happy with your new chair. Once fully installed, they will take you through everything again, so you are completely confident with how it works.

Delivery Overview

Delivery on the Richmond Rise and Recline Chair takes 6 weeks. Once we have received your order, we will send you a receipt by email. Please keep this for your records. Shortly after you place your order, one of our customer service representatives will call you to confirm your order and check that all your details are correct.

Keeping you informed

As we build your chair, we will keep you updated while your order is being prepared and, once everything is ready, we will telephone you to arrange delivery. At this point, you will asked where you want the chair as well as some questions about access and timing.

On the day of delivery

On the day of your delivery, we will telephone you to advise you when to expect delivery. Once we arrive, our delivery team will unpack your chair and set it up in the room you choose. They will demonstrate how to operate it before cleaning everything up.
