All our products will be delivered within the timeframes stated when you ordered, unless we contact you to let you know otherwise. If it is before your expected delivery date and you haven’t heard from us, please don’t contact us as we won’t be able to give you delivery date. As soon as your product is available, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

Due to current conditions in the national manufacturing, supply and logistics industries, we are experiencing longer than expected lead times for certain product lines. However, if you haven’t heard anything from us, you can expect your product to be delivered in time. If there are any delays with your order, we will let you know.

If you are looking for accessories for a scooter that you purchased elsewhere, we will be unable to help. However, if you need spare parts for a product purchased from Middletons, we will be able to help. Please give our customer service team a call on 0800 999 2832.

No, we do not offer used or refurbished products. We stock a limited number of clearance chairs and beds, and if you interested in these, please give us a call.
