To try out our products for yourself with advice and support from one of our friendly team, book a personal one-on-one appointment in one of our incredible stores. We have followed the latest government guidelines and put the following strict safety measures in place to help keep you safe:

Store Booking
  • Sanitise our hands and our furniture between appointments.
  • Wear the appropriate personal protection.
  • Maintain a 2 metre distance from you; as advised by the government (where possible).
  • Ensure there is no physical contact between you and ourselves.
  • Adjust how we do things to suit you; please just let us know if there is anything additional we can do to make you feel comfortable with the service we are providing.
  • We will sanitise all our products to ensure the same high standard of cleanliness for every visitor.
  • We have a 100% wellness measures in place; ensuring that if any of our colleagues experience any symptoms, they are isolating in-line with Government advice.

Contactless Deliveries are Live

We’re pleased to say we are able to offer Contactless Deliveries for your Middletons products. When delivering your items, our team will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves and shoe protectors.

Your Safety

Your safety is our number-one priority and we have taken multiple steps to ensure the delivery of your product is as safe as possible. We will...

  • Ensure that you are aware of social distancing guidelines and that you are happy to follow these guidelines when our delivery/installation team arrives with your product.
  • Adhere to the 2m social distancing rules at all times.
  • Ensure that our delivery/installation staff wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival and departure.
  • Use soap, water, hand sanitiser, wipes and gloves in all delivery/appointment vehicles and at entry/exit points to sites. Where available, masks will be used if you request it.
