A full-length headboard gives a most opulent look from every angle, even when the head of the bed is raised, while the matching sumptuously padded footboard finishes the look to perfection.
When you choose a Luxury Divan you get luxury through and through. Rather than being held in place with a mattress clip, on our Luxury models, the elegant surround encases the mattress so that the footboard is beautifully flush with the mattress, giving a neat and sleek look. The mattress is held impeccably in place without any movement yet still offers ease of changing sheets.
Like all our beds, our Luxury Divans feature a gently padded surround for a plush look that’s also gentle on the shins. As a feature unique to our Luxury models though, the surround arrives in 4 parts meaning it’s easier to get into tight spaces – and of course our wonderful white-glove delivery team will put it all together for you in your room of choice. If you ever move, it’s reassuring to know that transporting your bed again won’t pose a problem.

Delivery on this bed takes between 6-8 weeks. Once we have received your order, we will send you a receipt by email. Please keep this for your records. Shortly after you place your order, one of our customer service representatives will call you to confirm your order and check that all your details are correct.
As we build your bed, we will keep you updated while your order is being prepared and, once everything is ready, we will telephone you to arrange delivery. At this point, you will asked where you want the bed as well as some questions about access and timing.
On the day of your delivery, we will telephone you to advise you when to expect delivery. Once we arrive, our delivery team will unpack your bed and set it up in the room you choose. They will demonstrate how to operate it before cleaning everything up.

If your product is faulty, we will offer a replacement product or provide you with a full refund. We will also pay for the return postage costs. If your product is faulty, you need to let us know as soon as possible to allow us to process your refund. For this reason, we advise all our customers to check their product as soon as it arrives.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a full refund if the item is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to us. Once we receive the item, we will provide you with a full refund.
